General Rules
The Lounge invitation is non-transferable.
Immigration regulations do not permit passengers to remain at the
lounge for over 8 hours prior departure.
This facility is not for passengers arriving into Colombo, UNLESS they are on transit
for a connecting flight within the next 8 hours.
To maintain the peaceful environment, we kindly request you to use headphones when
using personal devices, set your mobile phones to silent mode, and keep conversations
low.
Guests are to be accompanied by the eligible member on arrival at the lounge.
Accompanying passengers travelling in economy class including nannies and non-entitled
guests of passengers are not permissible to be entertained at the lounge for any
reason (meetings, discussions etc.).
We seek the assistance of parents to monitor their children to ensure the rest of
the passengers are not disturbed.
Smoking is not permitted within the lounge. The designated smoking area is available
in the transit area.
Please ensure that you keep your valuables with you at all times.
Please avoid placing your baggage on lounge seats, to ensure convenience and adequate
space for all passengers.
Repacking or rearranging your baggage within the lounge premises in a manner that
causes disturbance to the rest of the passengers, will not be permitted.
Books, magazines and newspapers provided are for all passengers to enjoy. Thank
you for returning them to the bookshelf or to the lounge personnel.
For hygiene and safety reasons, removal of footwear is not permitted.
Kindly assist us in preserving the utilities and furniture with care.
Rudeness, abuse or threatening behavior towards lounge personnel will not be tolerated.
In the event a passenger becomes intoxicated or aggressive, he/she will be removed
from the lounge immediately. This could result in the passenger being denied boarding.
Complimentary Lounge Facilities
A quiet zone* is available for resting on reclining chairs on first-come-first-served
basis.
WiFi is available at the premises. Please contact our lounge staff to obtain the passcode.
Please enjoy the variety of meals and snack options available in the lounge.
Special Lounge Facilities
As a courtesy to fellow passengers, we kindly request you to limit the use of following
facilities to:
A maximum of 30 minutes for Showers
A maximum of 4 hours for resting in quiet zone*
Food and drinks
Food and beverages available at the lounge are prepared for consumption within the
lounge.
In order to maintain quality, hygiene and health standards, please use the utensils
provided when serving food from the buffet.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted to be consumed within the lounge.

All incoming passengers (SriLankan passport holders and foreign passport holders) must obtain prior approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the SriLankan Mission of the respective country in order to enter into Sri Lanka due to the prevailing situation.
