We request that you retain your tickets and boarding cards until such time your miles are credited to your account. If you do not receive the credits within six weeks kindly advise the FlySmiLes Service Centre on +94 19733 3333. Missing miles can only be claimed within 6/12 months (where applicable) of the original date of travel.
