How to redeem your duty-free awards:

  2. Pick and redeem miles required for your duty-free goods
  3. Enter your personal information and the details of your confirmed SriLankan Airlines flight
Present your travel documents (passport or ticket number) and confirmation receipt to a member of the cabin crew on board your confirmed flight and collect your goods.
