1. USD 0.010 per mile will be charged to reinstate expired miles
2. Up to 50,000 miles can be extended per person
3. Validity of reinstated miles would be 12 months from reinstatement
4. Expired Miles can only be extended once
5. Transactions are non-refundable
6. Requests to reinstate miles need to be made within 3 months of mileage expiry
