Transfer Your Miles

Miles may be transferred for a flight redemption, excess baggage, partner voucher and for duty free purchases on-board SriLankan Airlines.

  • Members are eligible to get miles transferred only if they have been enrolled with FlySmiLes one year prior to the transfer of miles requested date
  • Member can only request to transfer exact mileage towards nominee for redemption and not in excess
  • Maximum of 02 members can transfer miles for one redemption towards nominee on one occasion
  • A minimum of 1000 miles can be transferred and the member who is transferring miles will have to retain a balance of 2000 miles in account
  • Member who is redeeming miles will have to retain a balance of 2000 miles in account once the redemption activity is complete
  • Miles once transferred have to be utilized by nominee and cannot be transferred to another account
  • After transfer if miles have not been utilized within 72 hours, same will expire
