• Please note that this service is only available on selected flights departing from Colombo to the destinations listed above and is not available on flights arriving in to Colombo unless specified above.
• Please note that these special meals are catered only for Economy Class passengers.
• The meal reservations must be made 48 (forty eight) hours prior to departure
• Meals once reserved, are non–refundable and meal type cannot be changed
• When a meal is pre-ordered from these menus, your standard meal will be automatically cancelled.
• This facility is not available on codeshare/interline flights operated by partner airlines
• Images of the meals are not an exact representation of the meal provided to you on board.
• Only a limited number of pre-ordered meals/snacks are provided on each flight.
• This facility is available for passengers flying on SriLankan Airlines with SriLankan Airlines documents only.
• Changing the date of meal reservation is facilitated 48 (forty eight) hours before departure on the same route only.
• The meal will not be delivered if a voluntary change is made to the itinerary for flights departing within 48 hours. In such cases, the cost of the meal will not be refunded.
• The cost of the meal will not be refunded if the passenger declines the pre-ordered meal on board, a change of route, or any voluntary changes made by the passenger.
• In case of involuntary changes due to flight disruption, aircraft change or operational reasons, and if you are not served with the preordered special meal, you may request for a refund via contacting the SriLankan Airlines office or the travel agent through whom your ticket payment has been made.
• Passengers are required to remain in their seats assigned at check-in at all times during the flight. In the event of a voluntary seat change, the passenger is required to inform the crew of the special meal request and the new seat number prior to meal service. SriLankan Airlines will not refund the meal charge if the passenger has not informed the crew of the voluntary seat change.
