  1. This service is not available on codeshare/interline flights operated by partner airlines.
  2. Once reserved, Pre-order meals are non-refundable, and the meal type cannot be changed.
  3. Your standard meal will be automatically replaced by the purchased Pre-order meal.
  4. Only a limited number of pre-ordered meals/snacks are provided on each flight.
  5. Date change of itinerary and meal reservation is permitted 48 hours before departure on the same sector only.
  6. The meal will not be delivered if a voluntary change is made to the itinerary for flights departing within 48 hours. In such cases, the cost of the meal will not be refunded.
  7. Date changes within 48 hours of departure are not permitted. In such cases, the pre-ordered meal will be replaced with the standard meal and the cost of the pre-ordered meal will not be refunded.
  8. The cost of the meal is non-refundable if the passenger declines the pre-ordered meal on board, a change of route, or any voluntary changes made by the passenger.
  9. In case of involuntary changes due to flight disruption, aircraft change or operational reasons, and if you are not served with the preordered special meal, you may request for a refund by contacting the SriLankan Airlines office or your respective Travel Agent.
  10. Passengers are required to remain in their seats assigned at check-in at all times during the flight. In the event of a voluntary seat change, the passenger is required to inform the crew of the special meal request and the new seat number prior to meal service. SriLankan Airlines will not refund the meal charge if the passenger has not informed the crew of the voluntary seat change.
