This form can only be used to request refunds for tickets purchased on Srilankan.com
Date changes
All other changes to your itinerary can be done through our Manage my Booking feature.
Click here for cancellation of bookings made within 24 hours.
Other tickets
In all other instances, please contact the SriLankan Airlines office or the travel agent through whom your ticket payment has been made.
**The cancellation/refund request must be made within one year of ticket purchase to eligible for the refund.
