  • 乘客的疾病有可传染性
  • 乘客出现“非正常行为”,引起其他乘客和机组人员的不适,被视作为潜在安全风险
  • 乘客需要医疗护理或特殊设施来维护健康
  • 乘客的状况或有生命危险以致不能飞完全程
  • 乘客无法使用常规航空座椅

如您的状况如上,您须获得斯航开具的医疗许可。请在航班起飞前48小时让您的医生填写(MEDIF)并交由斯航办事处。联系您的旅行社或斯航办事处以获得(MEDIF)表格。

如果你在机场需要使用轮椅,请在预约的时候提出申请,我们会尽我们所能来帮助你。

当你需要轮椅协助而又没有提前通知机场,机场将收取2000卢比来提供轮椅服务,除非你的航班还有联程航段或仅有一个航班号起点和终点都在美国机场。

可免费携带2件代步工具,不计入标准行李限重。

然而,还有联程航段的乘客或仅共享一个航班号起点和终点都在美国机场的乘客,可将任何您的代步工具继续免费托运。

如果你不能自理(能够自理在旅行期间的身体需求)例如:在旅行期间自己不能抬升轮椅,我们希望你在旅行时要有一个可帮助你的同伴。我们不会对在机舱内提供帮助方面承担责任,这可能会健康、安全或者卫生方面的规范相抵触。
我们随时为机上需特殊协助的乘客提供服务。在我们宽体客机上提供过道轮椅。我们规定身体行动不便的乘客不能就座于客舱的紧急通道。机上卫生间配备有协助设施。
如您需要陪护导引协助,请在预定时通知您的机票代理。
导盲犬可被带上飞机,并不收费。斯里兰卡航空关于导盲犬的规定如下:

  • 只有当该名乘客视力听力有障碍时,导盲犬才被允许带上机。
  • 抵达时迎接引导
  • 导盲犬只能呆在商务舱,因此乘客只能购买商务舱机票出行。
  • 购买低一级舱位的乘客或单一舱位的航班的乘客只能同自己的导盲犬暂时分开。您的导盲犬只能放置在货运区。您不用交费。
  • 在商务舱一次只能携带一只导盲犬。

孕妇需要持飞机起飞前3天出具医疗证明,以确认预产期以及是否可以飞行。

For passengers travelling in to and out of United States of America, consumers can obtain a copy of Part 382, the regulations regarding nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in air travel, in an accessible format from the Department of Transportation by any of the following means:

For flights to and from the U.S, operated by codeshare partners, Complaints Resolution Official assistance will be provided by our codeshare partners and directions on how to contact the Complaints Resolution Official may be found on the codeshare partner’s website

SriLankan Airlines endeavors to meet the needs of all passengers. However, we regret that we cannot ensure a completely allergen-free cabin or establish a nut-free buffer zone on our aircraft.

Additionally, passengers are permitted to bring and consume their own snacks, which may contain nuts or nut derivatives.

We strongly advise passengers with severe allergies to take all necessary precautions and be aware of the potential risk of exposure.

Passengers with allergies are required to complete the Medical Information Form (MEDA) to obtain clearance from Medical Services at Sri Lankan Airlines prior to travel. The MEDA form can be found at https://www.srilankan.com/en_uk/plan-and-book/medical-information-form

We can provide a special nut-free meal if requested at least 48 hours before departure, please contact the nearest Ticket Office or our Global Contact Center to reserve.

Passengers with allergies are required to complete an indemnity and release form. The signed indemnity and release form must be handed over to the SriLankan Airlines representatives at check-in counters of the airport before boarding.

Passengers with allergies travel at their own risk and SriLankan Airlines reserves the right to deny boarding due to safety considerations.
