If you still wish to seek the assistance of our ticket office in Sri Lanka with regards to the services listed above for tickets purchased online, please note that a service fee of LKR 5000 will apply.
You can utilize the same services by yourself at srilankan.com using the ‘Manage my booking’ feature. Simply log in using your PNR and last name of the ticket that was purchased on srilankan.com and make the changes yourself.
*For changes required to be made within 24 hours to departure time, the above fee will not be applicable.
