Congratulations!! You have taken the first step to enroll as a FlySmiLes member.

Your FlySmiLes membership number will be generated once the application form is duly filled.

The name you enter will appear on your membership card. Please ensure same name is used for all future ticket reservations to enable auto mile accrual to your FlySmiLes account.

You will be entitled to a 2000 Bonus miles in addition to the offered first flight bonus miles (3000 bonus miles on Economy class and 5000 bonus miles on Business class) for your first travel on SriLankan Airlines valid for 01 year from the date of enrolment.

• This offer is exclusively for Dialog Customers
• The bonus of 2000 miles will be credited to FlySmiLes account upon completion of first flight with SriLankan Airline within the first year from date of enrolment
• Use of obscenity, vulgarity, discriminatory or any other form of offensive language/images on the official SriLankan Airlines corporate Facebook page timeline or through direct messages sent to the page shall be a reason to disqualify from this promotion
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions conducted by SriLankan Airlines or Dialog Axiata and by joining this promotion, it is deemed that customers have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in the extra miles not being granted to the FlySmiLes member
