• Redemption vouchers can be obtained by calling the FlySmiLes Service Centre on 0197-333-333 or by emailing at flysmiles@srilankan.com. Vouchers will be emailed to the member within 48 hours of request.

Terms & Conditions

1. The redemption voucher can be used as full or a part payment.
2. Miles can be accrued only on the cash component when combined with the redemption   voucher.
3. The redemption voucher is valid for six months and non-transferrable.
4. Miles can be redeemed by a member on behalf of a nominee with a nomination fee.
5. Name bearer of the voucher to be present at utilization and produce identification. (FS membership card/Passport/Driving License/NIC etc)
6. A minimum balance of 2,000 miles should remain in the account after the redemption.
7. Miles redeemed will not be re-credited.
8. The value of the voucher cannot be refunded for cash.
