Spend Miles

• FlySmiLes members can redeem their FlySmiLes miles as a part payment for a maximum of 50% of price for any product at Flemingo Stores, Bandaranaike International Airport Katunayake.

• Members will be issued vouchers upon redeeming FlySmiLes Miles. The value of the vouchers and the required number of miles to be redeemed are given below.

Terms & Conditions

1. FlySmiLes members can redeem their FlySmiLes Miles for a maximum of 50% of the bill value at Arrival and Departure Flemingo stores located at Colombo International Airport. 
2. A valid passport scan should be sent across at the time of redemption and the same valid passport should be presented during store visit as expired passports will not be accepted. 
3. Redemption requests should be made 48 hours prior to flight.
4. The voucher emailed should be carried as a print-out which needs to be presented at time of purchase.
5. Nominations are not applicable.
6. Voucher redemptions cannot be combined with other promotions.
7. Miles redeemed will not be re-credited to the FlySmiLes account.
8. Redemption vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue, and expired vouchers can be extended at a fee.
9. The voucher is not transferable once issued.
10. A minimum of 2,000 miles should remain in the account after the redemption has been made.
11. No miles will be accrued on redemption transaction.
12. All other Terms & Conditions of Flemingo Duty Free shall apply.
13. 5% discount would be for non-promotional items.
14. FlySmiLes will not be responsible for the quality of products or services provided by the merchant.
