Spend Miles 

• Prior reservation should be made with Siddhalepa by quoting the voucher number by calling 011 2735465.
• Redemption vouchers can be obtained by calling the FlySmiLes Service Centre on 0197-333-333 or by emailing flysmiles@srilankan.com  Vouchers will be emailed to the member within 48 hours of request and Miles can be redeemed only at the above Siddhalepa outlets. 
• A copy of the voucher should be produced to the reception.
• The value of the vouchers and the required miles to be redeemed are below.

Terms & Conditions

1. The redemption voucher can be used as full or a part payment of products and services.
2. Miles will not be accrued when utilizing the redemption voucher.
3. The redemption voucher is non-transferrable.
4. Miles can be redeemed by a member on behalf of a nominee with a nomination fee.
5. Name bearer of the voucher to be present at utilization and produce identification.(FS membership card/Passport/Driving License/NIC etc)
6. A minimum balance of 2,000 miles should remain in the account after the redemption.
7. Miles redeemed will not be re-credited.
8. The value of the voucher cannot be refunded for cash.
9. For Special Offer - Bound by the respective partner's terms and conditions, cannot be combined with any other promotions, FlySmiLes will not be responsible for the quality of products and services provided by the merchant.
10. Redemption vouchers are valid for six months, and expired vouchers can be extended at a fee.
