SriLankan Airlines studying best practices of British Airways

SriLankan green team representatives visited British Airways environment team on the 21st February 2014 at their head office, Waterside Heathrow UK. The visit was intended to grasp and comprehend the BA strategy on Environment, energy conservation and share the experience on compliances to new ETS framework. Head of Human Resources and Green team Rapporteur Mr. Pradeepa Kekulawala and Mr. Dhanushka de Silva, Senior Executive – Environment Strategy and Compliance represented SriLankan green team while Mr. Andy Kershaw, Manager Environment policy, Mr. Sunil Chadha, Environment Compliance Manager and Captain. Spencer Norton, Flight Operations Project Pilot - Fuel Efficiencies represented the BA environment team.
