‘Flygreen’ Awareness for Ticket office staff

SriLankan Airlines voluntary carbon offset programme ‘flygreen’ is renowned for its standards and transparency globally. Also being ranked as one of the 100 best aviation climate solutions cases in the world this programme has won the hearts of the Airlines’ many conservation minded online passengers. In order to take the programme to the next level Airline is planning to launch same to all of its passengers throughout the network.

As part of the project and also to improve the awareness among the Ticket office staff on the ‘flygreen’ project, Environment Unit conducted several training sessions at the Airlines WTC ticket office recently. Environment unit brief the staff members about the impact of ‘flygreen’ project and its contribution to the world and also they emphasized the staff to be engaged in the project.
